Geriatric Associates of America, P.A. (GAA) is comprised of Certified Medical Directors, Fellowship-trained Geriatricians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants and is one of Texas’ largest geriatric medical groups serving over 5000 patients residing in over 100 skilled nursing facilities in the greater Houston, San Antonio, Austin and Dallas areas.

Our medical staff  coupled with the GAA case management team, provides care to both long-term care patients (permanent nursing facility residents) and those patients who need short-term rehabilitation before returning to their homes.
